Garrett, the president, has helped me out on numerous occasions with solving minor issues and was very quick about getting everything done. I had an SSH issue and ended up needing a box reset. Back in February, I decided to rent a game server for Arma 2. Yes, I said “Arma 2”; the reason was that I intended to do some COOP style gaming with a group of friends of mine from Aces High, the WW2 flight sim and I needed/wanted to use a game which would not be prohibitively expensive as an introduction to COOP style gaming. After doing a bit of research, I settled on ArmaHosts which has turned out to be an absolutely great company to do business with for a number of reasons: Cliff H.
1. At 75 cents per slot for an Arma 2 server, it was eminently affordable
2. The server was up and running within an hour of my payment
3. Ping times are very low and consistent (60 ms for me)
4. The questions I had regarding the server (I’d never run one before) were answered quickly (within 20 minutes) effectively, and in the most friendly and professional manner.
